In-network Copayment
A fixed amount you pay for covered health care services to providers who contract with your health insurance or plan. Typically $20 - $30 for an office visit.
HMO and EPO plans have network coverage but they do not include out-of-network coverage. PPO and POS plans include both in-network and out-of-network coverage.
In-network copayments usually are less than out-of-network copayments.
