Drug List - Formulary
A list of prescription drugs covered by a prescription drug plan or another insurance plan offering prescription drug benefits.
Also called a formulary.
If a drug is not on the formulary then you will need to pay for the medicine out of your own pocket, unless you can persuade your insurance company to cover the drug.
